Soutache lace is also known as Alencon lace and sometimes called “queen of lace”, Alencon is a fine needlepoint lace, most commonly known for Vmotives on tulle. It was created in the 16th century in the french region of Alencon. Soutache lace is idea for wedding or evening dresses and for decorating of festive garments or as overlay material. This creamy white lace has an overall pattern and transparent, slightly pastel tone sequins to give the lace "that extra touch".
