• Fabric producer recommends for silk satin dry cleaning, no bleaching, one dot iron, no tumble dry. Silk satin may soften and fade when washed in water. If you want to try washing, try first with a cutting. Turn garment inside out, wash by hand in cold water or in a wash bag in washing machine using hand wash/delicate wash program. Use silk safe detergent.

You can play and create beautiful details using silk crepe both ways in the same garment.

Silk taffeta can be used for dresses, blazers or trousers, it is popular also in wedding and evening gowns. In interior decoration silk taffeta is used for curtains and pillow covers. A substantial underlining must be used in curtains to protect the fabric from sunlight.
